Welcome to Tight5, a mobile and web application operated by Laboy Deploy, LTD (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Tight5, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app

1. Use of the App

Tight5 is designed to help users write, organize, rehearse, and manage spoken content such as performances, speeches, presentations, and similar material.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

3. User Content

You retain full ownership of any content you create, upload, or store in Tight5 (“User Content”).

By using the app, you grant Laboy Deploy, LTD a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal or harmful purposes

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app or its systems

5. Subscriptions and Payments (If Applicable)

Some features of Tight5 may require a paid subscription.

All payments are handled through Apple’s App Store or other authorized payment providers. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are managed by those platforms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated.

You may stop using the app at any time.

7. Disclaimer

Tight5 is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or specific performance outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laboy Deploy, LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
